Nacon Announces GreedFall 2 and WRC Generations

Publisher Nacon reveals Greedfall 2. The sequel to the 2019 action RPG is set to come out “on PC and consoles” sometime in 2024. In addition, the company will release WRC Generations, the latest installment in the annual rally game series, on October 13.

Greedfall 2 is once again made by Spiders, the same studio responsible for the renowned original. The developer promises an RPG that once again revolves around the story and the choices the player makes, with a greater emphasis on tactical combat. The environments of the sequel are also larger and more diverse, according to the studio.

The story of Greedfall 2 is set in the same universe as the original, but three years before the events of that game. The player takes on the role of a resident of Teer Fradee who is forced to live on the continent of Gacane. Here a war is raging between different factions. “It’s up to the player to regain his freedom. Through diplomacy, intelligence and martial arts, also with the help of allies, it’s up to them to stop one man’s conquest ambitions to end the fate of the continent and the home island. to prevent.”

Nacon, formerly known as Bigben, is also announcing the next World Rally Championship game under the name WRC Generations. It is the first game in the racing franchise in a decade to not use a number in the title. The upcoming installment also features hybrid rally cars for the first time and introduces a ‘new league system’. WRC Generations is in development at Kylotonn, the studio that also made the six previous installments.
