MSI launches high-end Z370 Godlike Gaming motherboard
VideoCardz has posted a photo of the MSI Z370 Godlike Gaming online. It is a high-end motherboard for Intel’s upcoming Coffee Lake processors. The board features four reinforced PCI-E slots, three M2 slots, and an 18-stage design.
The photo also shows a PCI-e plug-in card where users can place two more M2 SSDs. MSI has not yet announced the motherboard, but because VideoCardz has put a photo online, the properties are known. The motherboard with lga1151 socket and Intel Z370 chipset looks similar to the existing MSI motherboard with the Z270 chipset of the same name. That motherboard was announced in May.
On Wednesday, photos of six ASRock motherboards with Z370 chipset also appeared online. According to rumors, there will also be H370 variants in addition to the Z370 motherboards. In 2018, budget motherboards with B350 chipset should follow. The Intel Coffee Lake processors and associated motherboards may be officially announced on October 5.
