Motorola will announce its first smartphone with pop-up camera next week week
Lenovo subsidiary Motorola will announce its first smartphone with a pop-up camera next week. Until now, the brand’s phones used a notch in the screen or a hole in the screen for the front camera. The phone is rumored to be called One Hyper.
Lenovo has sent out an invitation to its own event in Brazil next Wednesday, and the image clearly shows a phone with a pop-up camera. Further details are not included in the invitation, which Tecmundo, among others, published.
According to previous rumors, the One Hyper has a 32-megapixel camera in the extendable part. At the back would be a 64-megapixel camera, in addition to an 8-megapixel camera with ultra-wide angle lens.
The screen would be a 6.39″ LCD with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. The phone would run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675-soc, assisted by 4GB of RAM and a storage of 128GB. The battery would have a capacity of 3600mAh. Lenovo has released many phones in the Motorola One series this year, including the One Vision, One Macro, One Action, and One Zoom.
