Motorola wearables licensee releases Moto Watch 100 in December
Canadian eBuyNow has announced the Moto Watch 100, a watch under the Motorola brand. The company has licensed the name from Lenovo. The Watch 100 runs its own ‘Moto OS’ and cannot run any third-party apps.
According to the company, the clock can last two weeks after the 355mAh battery is full. That is after an hour of charging. The watch has a heart rate monitor and blood oxygen meter. There is also GPS on board, as well as various sensors to detect movement, according to the spec sheet.
The watch has a 1.3″ LCD with a resolution of 360×360 pixels. The housing is waterproof with 5ATM. The watch now only works on Android, but a supporting app for iOS is coming in December. That is also the month in which the clock will come out The company is asking $100 for the watch.
