Motorola has introduced a budget smartphone in Brazil with a Unisoc processor. It concerns the Moto E6i, which costs about 170 euros converted. It is not yet known whether the smartphone will also come to Europe.

The Moto E6i has surfaced on the Brazilian site of Motorola. The smartphone is equipped with a 1.6GHz octacore Unisoc Tiger SC9863A chip and 2GB of RAM. The smartphone has 32GB of storage space. Storage can be expanded with a microSD card.

The phone has a 6.1-inch screen with a notch at the top where a 5-megapixel camera is located. On the back, the smartphone has a dual camera consisting of a 13-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera.

It is striking that the Moto E6i is equipped with a micro USB port and not with a USB-C port. Also, the smartphone only supports 4G and Bluetooth 4.2. This probably has to do with the limitations of the Unisoc Tiger SC9863A chip.
