Montblanc presents first non-Samsung watch with Wear OS 3
Watch brand Montblanc is the first manufacturer after Samsung to release a watch with Wear OS 3. It concerns the Summit 3, a watch that the manufacturer offers for 1290 dollars. The Galaxy Watch4 models with Wear OS 3 came out last summer.
It was known from the beginning that other manufacturers would also come with Wear OS 3 watches, but it was not known until when only Samsung watches with the new version of the operating system would be on the market. Montblanc makes in the specs notification of Wear OS 3.
The watch has a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100+ soc and a round 1.28″ OLED screen with 416×416 pixels. The watch has a RAM of 1GB and 8GB of internal storage. The specs state that the watch is compatible with iOS, while Wear OS 3 that basically does not have on board. Samsung came with the Watch4 watches last summer. Google will release its first Pixel Watch this fall. It is unclear when other watches with Wear OS 3 will come out.
