MMD markets the Philips BDM4037UW. The 40″ monitor has a curved VA panel with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The suggested retail price is 749 euros.

According to the manufacturer, the screen has a brightness of 300cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 4000:1. The VA panel therefore has a higher contrast than most monitors that use an IPS panel. Viewing angles are 178 degrees both vertically and horizontally and the gray-to-gray response time is 4ms. The screen has a curvature of 3000R. This makes it less curved than many other monitors, which have a curvature of 1800R.

The monitor supports picture-in-picture display from two devices simultaneously. The screen can also display the image of up to four devices side by side. The monitor has a VGA input, two displayport connections, an HDMI 1.4 input and an HDMI 2.0 port. There are also two speakers and a USB hub with four USB 3.0 ports built-in.

MMD, which has a license under the Philips brand name, previously released two large 4k monitors. At the end of 2014, the BDM4065UC, a 40″ model with a flat VA panel, came on the market. The BDM4350UC followed in 2016, which uses a 43″ IPS panel.
