Microsoft’s Virtual Build Developer Conference Begins May 25
Microsoft will hold its next developer conference Build on May 25, 26 and 27. As announced, the event will only take place in a digital version, due to the corona pandemic.
This can be seen on Microsoft’s events page. A year ago, the company said it would not hold physical events until July 2021, so as not to help increase the corona infection figures in the United States. It is unclear whether that date will now be pushed further into the future.
At Build, Microsoft will showcase major additions to its most prominent products, such as Windows, Office and Edge. Last year it released its Fluid Framework, PowerToys Run, Project Reunion and improvements to the Windows Subsystem for Linux.
If you want to follow Microsoft Build live, you must register on the Build website. However, it has not yet had an update for this year’s edition; if you navigate to the official Build webpage, you will only see information about Build 2020.
