Microsoft makes Lists organizational tool available to all users

Microsoft Lists is now available to anyone with a Microsoft account. The organization tool was previously only available to business users. The tool allows users to create and share lists with others.

The organization tool was released in July 2020, initially only for business users. Last year, the tool was also opened to a small number of personal users. From now on All Microsoft users can use the preview and create lists themselves or choose from different templates. Templates for budgeting, work progress, expenses, gift ideas and recipes are available, among other things. Microsoft Lists is both available on the web as on Android and iOS.
