Microsoft has stopped free Windows 10 upgrade via accessibility page

Microsoft has officially discontinued the option that allows customers using “assistant technologies” to upgrade their old Windows version to Windows 10 for free. After a short extension until January 16, the upgrade button from that site has disappeared.
