Microsoft Extends Free Windows 7 Support to Enterprise Customers

Microsoft now says that customers with an ongoing Windows 10 Enterprise E5 subscription will get that security support for one more year for free. According to Microsoft, the E5 subscription must continue until the end of the extra year and after that as long as the extra support is still desired.

After the first free additional year, Enterprise customers still have to pay if they want support. That would be $50 per computer for the first year, and $100 for the second. These are also the prices that customers without an Enterprise or with an Enterprise E3 subscription pay.
