Microsoft adds Office Online to the Chrome Web Store

Microsoft has added Office Online to the Chrome Web Store. Word Online, PowerPoint Online and OneNote Online can now be used as an app for Chrome. Excel Online will follow soon, according to the American company.

The web apps were already usable as such in Chrome, just like in other browsers, but can now be added to the app overview of the Chrome browser and of Chrome OS via Google’s store of the same name.
