Metro games coming to PS4 and Xbox One
Deep Silver announces that a game called Metro Redux will be released for the latest generation of consoles. The German company does not want to release more details; coming at E3. The publisher thus confirms rumors that appeared on an Italian forum.
Photos of a game called Metro Redux, which appears to be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, surfaced on Italy’s EveryEye. It does not seem to be a new game in the Metro series, but a bundle of Metro: 2033 from 2010 and Metro: Last Light from 2013. The photos have since disappeared from the forum, but were still available to publisher Deep Silver. reason to post a comment on the website of the series.
In it, the publisher confirms that it has a game planned that is called Metro Redux. However, the company does not want to let go of what kind of game it is, although the publisher does say that they have never made a secret of the plans to bring the Metro games for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One to the market. Whether Redux is a sequel or, as rumor has it, a bundle of Metro: 2033 and Metro: Last Light, Deep Silver won’t confirm. Details about Metro Redux will be revealed at this year’s E3.
The publisher also makes it clear that the photos posted on the forum come from an old internal document. The information is partially true, according to Deep Silver, but it would also be largely a placeholder, built from old footage.
