Marvel Introduces New Features in Marvel Unlimited App
Marvel has added new features to its Marvel Unlimited app. It is now possible to read stories from the Infinity Comics series, download an unlimited number of comics offline and follow the stories of favorite superheroes.
Currently, according to Engadget, there are 27 exclusive Infinity Comics included in the app catalog. That should reportedly be more than a hundred by the end of this year. Infinity Comics are comics that are adapted to the vertical aspect ratio of a smartphone or tablet, making them easier to read on those devices.
The app catalog currently contains more than 29,000 comics from the Marvel catalog and thanks to the update it will be possible to designate favorite superheroes. This should make it easier to find the new stories of these characters. It will also be possible to consult personalized reading guides in which suggestions are made by an algorithm.
Marvel is also introducing a new annual subscription formula that costs $100 per year. With the new annual plus subscription, a subscriber will receive an exclusive figure, goodies, an invitation to attend events and a discount in the digital store of Disney. The monthly subscription formula of $10 per month and $69 per year will remain.
