LG has announced that it will release the 34GK950G in the Benelux in the fourth quarter of this year. This curved 34″ gaming monitor with G-Sync support is one of the UltraGear models that LG will be showing at the IFA fair in Berlin.

The LG 34GK950G has an IPS panel and a resolution of 3440×1440 pixels. The monitor is equipped with Nvidia’s G-Sync and the maximum refresh rate can reach 120Hz via an overclock. It is not clear in which frequency range the output of any Nvidia GPU is synchronized with the refresh rate of the monitor. Also, the radius of the curvature is unknown.

LG reports that the panel is capable of displaying 98 percent of the dci-p3 color space. The maximum brightness is 400cd/m², but high dynamic range is not supported. The maximum contrast ratio is 1000:1 and the gray-to-gray response time is 5ms. Just like the LG 32GK850G, the screen is equipped with RGB lighting on the back. The 34GK950G is height adjustable and can be tilted.

The screen will be released in the Benelux in the fourth quarter of this year, for a price that is also unknown. The 34GK950G will be shown as an UltraGear monitor along with other models from this series at the IFA trade show in Berlin.
