LG brings V10 smartphone to Europe
LG is still releasing its new high-end smartphone V10 in Europe. At the release at the beginning of October, Europe was not yet mentioned as the continent where the device would appear, but the manufacturer reports on Friday that the V10 will be released here after the US and China.
On October 1, LG announced that the V10 would first appear in South Korea and then in the US, the Middle East and various Asian countries. Europe was not in that list, but on Friday the Korean company reported that Europeans can still look forward to the device. LG does not provide details about the European release, such as a release date for the Benelux. It is clear that models are already being delivered to the US, China and Hong Kong this week and that other ‘key markets’ in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East will follow.
The V10 is a phone with a stainless steel body and a 5.7″ LCD with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. In addition, there is a second ‘notification display’ with a diagonal of 2.1″ and a resolution of 1040×160 pixels. Also on the front are two 5-megapixel cameras, which can work together to capture widescreen self-portraits.
The processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808-soc, combined with 4GB lpddr3 memory and 64GB emmc storage, which is expandable with micro-SD cards. The device has a removable battery with a capacity of 3000mAh. The smartphone contains a 32-bit dac from ESS Technology and comes with Quad Beat 3 earphones from AKG Acoustics.
