Lenovo Z5 Pro GT is world’s first smartphone with 12GB RAM and Snapdragon 855
Lenovo has announced the Z5 Pro GT, the first smartphone with the new Snapdragon 855 processor and 12GB RAM. The device has no less than 512GB of storage capacity and has a retractable front camera, making the front of the device almost completely out of screen (so no ‘notch’).
From the Z5 Pro GT come from January 24, different versions on the market. The cheapest with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will cost 344 euros in China, while a version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will receive a price of 433 euros. It is not yet known how much the top model will cost 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The Z5 Pro GT is further equipped with a 6.39 inch Super AMOLED screen (2,340 x 1,080 pixels), 5G, a fingerprint scanner in the display, a double camera at the back (16 + 24 megapixels) and a double camera at the front (16 + 8 megapixel). The device initially runs on Android Oreo with the ZUI 10 interface, but gets an update to Android Pie.
