Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon with 16:10 screen and Tiger Lake CPU was briefly online
A product page of a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon laptop was temporarily online. The laptop has an Intel Tiger Lake processor and has a 16:10 screen with a qhd resolution. The suggested retail price and release date are still unknown.
The product page of the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon was briefly online, Twitter user noted WalkingCat and tech website NotebookChecks. The laptop has a 13.3 “screen with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels. Furthermore, according to Lenovo, the panel used achieves a maximum screen brightness of 300cd / m² and can display 100 percent of the sRGB color space A panel type is not mentioned.
The laptop has ‘up to’ an Intel Core i7 processor from the Tiger Lake series, although according to the product page there will also be one or more versions with a Core i5 CPU. It is not clear with which exact processors the laptop can be delivered. In terms of GPU, the integrated Intel Iris Xe chip is used. The Yoga Slim 7i Carbon can also be supplied with a maximum of 16GB of LPDDR4X memory and an M.2-PCIe SSD with a capacity of up to 1TB.
The Yoga Slim 7i Carbon also has a 50Wh battery and a 65W charger. The laptop has a single USB 3.0 Gen 1 Type-C connector, two Thunderbolt 4 connections and a 3.5mm jack for audio and a microphone. The laptop also has an Intel Evo certification and therefore also supports Wi-Fi 6. A fingerprint scanner seems to be missing, but the laptop does support Windows Hello via an IR camera. The whole is 296.9mm wide, 208.55mm deep and 14.9mm high at its thickest point. The laptop would weigh ‘less than a kilogram’.
The product page did not make clear when Lenovo will announce the Yoga Slim 7i Carbon, but it did display the text ‘Coming Soon’. It is also not yet clear what the laptop will cost. Lenovo previously teased this laptop for the Chinese market, where the laptop will be released under the name Yoga Pro 13s Carbon. The company did this through Weibo, a social medium. The manufacturer already reported that the product will have a 16:10 screen and a Tiger Lake CPU.
