Lenovo presents ThinkPad laptop with 6TB storage and 128GB memory

Lenovo has announced the ThinkPad P52, a laptop with a storage of 6TB and a memory with a capacity of 128GB. The laptop has to be released at the end of June, the manufacturer claims. The price is not yet known.

It is unknown what the basic version will be, but the most expensive version of the P52 comes with a hexacoreprocessor from Intels Xeon series of the eighth generation. Users can choose an Nvidia Quadro P3200 to develop for virtual reality. The ddr4 memory can reach up to 128GB and the storage up to 6TB in the mobile workstation, says Lenovo .
The screen here is a screen diagonal of 15.6 “and a resolution of fullhd or 4k, where the 4k version can be brighter with a maximum brightness of 400 candela per square meter, the laptop measures 377x252x24.5mm and weighs almost 2.5kg.
The P52 has a fingerprint scanner and ifrared camera for Windows Hello authentication. three USB ports, two USB connectors with Thunderbolt, an HDMI port and SD card reader, there is also an Ethernet connection available Lenovo will release the new ThinkPad at the end of June 2016. The prices of the new laptop are not yet on the site of the manufacturer, although the most expensive version will probably cost thousands of euros.
