Lenovo introduces Tab P12 with 12.7″ screen and Tab M10 5G from 399 euros

Lenovo introduces two new tablets. The company is launching a Tab P12, which has a 12.7″ screen with a 16:10 ratio. The Tab M10 5G, in turn, will have 5G support. Both tablets have recommended retail prices starting at 399 euros.

The Lenovo Tab P12 gets a Dimensity 7050 SoC from MediaTek, Lenovo writes in a press release. That chip has two Arm Cortex-A78 cores at 2.6GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz. The tablet has an LCD with a resolution of 2944×1840 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The device comes with 4GB of memory and 128GB of storage as standard, although Lenovo is also introducing a variant with 8GB of memory and 256GB of storage. The tablet also has a 10,200mAh battery and four speakers.

The Lenovo Tab M10 5G in turn has a 90Hz screen with a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels and a screen diagonal of 10.6″. This device has a Snapdragon 695 5G SoC from Qualcomm and therefore supports, as the name suggests. suspect, standard 5G connectivity via a SIM card slot. This tablet has 4 or 6GB of memory and standard 128GB storage, a 7700mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging and a 3.5mm jack for audio.

Both tablets have a USB-C port and a microSD card reader. The two devices also come with Android 13. The Lenovo Tab P12 will receive two major OS upgrades and four years of security updates. The Tab M10 5G gets one OS upgrade and 3.5 years of security updates.

Lenovo is releasing the Tab P12 this month from 399 euros. For that amount, Lenovo includes a pressure-sensitive Tab Pen Plus stylus. For an additional 100 euros, the manufacturer also provides a keyboard case, which according to the manufacturer is ‘inspired’ by the keyboards of its ThinkPad laptops.
