Lenovo introduces new convertibles, all-in-ones and budget tablets

Lenovo announced a number of new convertibles, all-in-ones and tablets at CES. These include the Flex 3 convertibles. These can now be completely flipped, which was not yet possible with the previous versions.

In contrast to the Flex 2 series, the Flex 3 convertibles can flip the screen over an angle of 360°, so that the device can be used as a tablet. The Flex 3 is available in three screen sizes, namely 11″, 14″ and 15″. The convertibles come standard with a display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels, but a full-HD screen is available on the 14″ and 15″ versions. available at an additional cost, and the CPU can be upgraded from a Pentium processor to a Core processor, starting from $400, or $335.

For the all-in-one market, Lenovo comes with the B50 model. That PC is equipped with a 23.8″ full-HD screen, an Intel Core i7 CPU and built-in JBL speakers. Lenovo has also placed an Intel RealSense 3D camera in the housing, with which the PC can be controlled with hand movements. The suggested retail price starts from USD 1249, approximately EUR 1050.

Lenovo also comes with two budget tablets: the TAB A7-10 and A7-30. Both tablets run on a 1.3GHz quadcore MediaTek MT8227-soc, 1GB RAM and 8GB or 16GB flash storage. The 7″ touchscreen offers a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. The tablet runs on Android 4.4 and has a 3450mAh battery. The A7-10 costs 100 dollars, converted 83 euros, while the A7-30, on which 3G connectivity is present, $30 more expensive.
