Lenovo introduces 6.9″ smartphone cum tablet with 5180mAh battery

Lenovo presents the Tab V7, a smartphone with a 6.9 “screen. The manufacturer itself calls it a smartphone that also serves as a tablet. The device has a Snapdragon 450-soc and costs 249 euros.

The Lenovo Tab V7 has space for two SIM cards and therefore offers the full functionality of a smartphone. With its 6.9″ screen with an 18:9 ratio, the device is quite large for a phone. The resolution is 2160×1080 pixels and the screen-to-body ratio is 81 percent, according to the manufacturer.

The Tab V7 contains a Snapdragon 450-soc, 4GB ram and 64GB flash storage. The storage memory can be expanded with a micro SD card. The housing has two speakers on the front, is 7.9 mm thick and weighs 195 grams. On the back is a 13-megapixel camera and the front camera has a 5-megapixel resolution. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the back.

The battery has a capacity of 5180mAh and Lenovo provides the Tab V7 with Android 9.0. The large smartphone, or small tablet, will be released in April for a suggested retail price of 249 euros. It is not yet known whether the device will also be released in the Benelux.
