Lenovo equips IdeaPad laptop with thin screen bezels and Legion with GTX 1070
Lenovo has announced the thin and light IdeaPad 720s with thin bezels and the Legion Y920 for gamers with a GTX 1070 and mechanical keyboard. In addition to those two laptops, the company releases more IdeaPads, of which models in a thin version.
Lenovo announced six new IdeaPad laptops. It concerns the IdeaPad 320, 520 and 720 and the thinner 320s, 520s and 720s, where the s stands for smart. Lenovo highlights the high-end thin & light 720s: this 13″ laptop with up to UHD resolution has thin screen edges, an aluminum housing, thickness of 13.6 mm and weight of 1.14 kilograms. Lenovo provides this laptop from a Kaby Lake processor to the Core i7, a Thunderbolt 3 port and a PCI-e SSD with storage capacity of up to 1TB.
Less specifications are announced about the other laptops. It is clear that the 520 with 15 “screen and 520s with 14” screen optionally with an Nvidia GeForce 940MX and that the 520s is 19.3 mm thick. The 320 and 320s are budget models with a 14-inch screen.

For gamers, the Legion Y920 appears. This is a 17″ laptop that Lenovo equips with an overclockable Core i7, probably the Core i7-7820HK. The video card is the GeForce GTX 1070 with 8GB gddr5 and the mechanical keyboard has a colored backlight. The price of the Legion Y920 is 2599 euros and it should be available this month.
