Klipsch announces four new headphones at CES in Las Vegas. It is an over-ear model with active noise canceling and three pairs of ears, including a version with noise reduction. The headphones will be released later this year.

Klipsch’s new wireless over-ear headphones with active noise canceling, which Engadget doesn’t yet have a definitive name for, are expected to hit the market in the fall for $399. That is converted about 356 euros. The manufacturer claims that unwanted ambient noise can be reduced by forty decibels. The device also has a function to temporarily switch off the noise cancellation, for example to have a conversation without taking off the headphones.

The battery of the wireless headphones would last up to thirty hours on a single charge. Ten minutes of charging via USB-C provides enough energy for five hours of listening, according to Klipsch. In terms of codecs, the headphones support sbc, aac and aptx. The device is available in champagne and black colors and comes complete with a travel pouch.

The eye-catcher of the new earphones is the Klipsch T10 True Wireless. This model has smaller tips than most other wireless in-ear headphones and features active noise canceling, gesture control and ‘artificial intelligence’. What the latter exactly means is not yet known. The T10 True Wireless is also planned for the fall of 2020 and will receive a suggested retail price of $ 649, converted about 580 euros.

The gamma earpiece also includes two new versions of the T5 True Wireless from 2019. The T5 True Wireless ANC comes with active noise canceling, and also has the gesture control and AI of the T10 True Wireless. The T5 will be available this fall for $299 or $267. Finally, Klipsch is working on a sporty version of the T5 with a robust housing and a dust and water resistant charging case with an IP67 rating. This model will appear in the summer of 2020 and will cost $229, or about 204 euros.
