Intel changes logo and logos for product series
Intel presented new logos for its series of chips during the presentation of its Tiger Lake processors. The company will also get a new logo, for the second time in history.
The previous logo is from 2006, reports The Verge. The circle-shaped blue and white logo has served 14 years, shorter than the first logo the company used for 38 years. The new logo is the third logo in the company’s history.
The logo shows the name with a small letter at the beginning and a colored dot on the i. The logos for the series such as Core, Xeon and Iris also look different. These are in line with the new logo with simplified logos. Intel also unveiled its 11th-Core generation Tiger Lake laptop processors on Wednesday.
