Insta360 releases 360-degree camera with two 1″ sensors for 940 euros
Insta360 releases the ONE RS 1-inch 360 Edition. It’s a 360-degree camera that uses two 1″ sensors to capture 6k videos and 21-megapixel photos. It’s also possible to upgrade an existing Insta360 ONE RS with the 1″ cameras.

The two sensors and 6.5mm f/2.2 lenses are good for movies with a resolution of 5888×2944 pixels at a frame rate of 30fps. You can also choose 6144×3072 pixels with 25 or 24fps. The highest possible frame rate is 50fps, at a resolution of 3040×1520 pixels. Videos have a bit rate of up to 120Mbit/s. 360-degree photos have a resolution of up to 6528×3264 pixels.
Insta360 brings the new 360-degree camera as a complete bundle, or as an upgrade for the ONE RS. That is the modular action camera platform of the manufacturer, on which different modules can be placed. The complete camera costs 940 euros and the upgrade for the ONE RS costs 770 euros. That upgrade also adds a larger battery and a bracket to mount all parts.
