ING has a problem with internet banking and ATMs
ING had a major disruption on Tuesday evening, as a result of which customers cannot use the My ING internet banking service and the app. There are also problems with debit cards and ATMs.
The ING helpdesk acknowledges the problems: “There are currently problems with Mijn ING, the Mobile Banking app, debit cards and ATM withdrawals.” The problems arose around 8 p.m. Tuesday evening.
On All Disruptions there are thousands of reports from ING customers who complain that they cannot pay for products and services and cannot view their balance. It is not known when the malfunction will end and what the cause is. ING apologizes to customers and reports that it is working hard on a solution.
