Infinity Ward Lets 200 Players Do Battle Royale in Call of Duty: Warzone
Infinity Ward adds a new mode to Call of Duty: Warzone in which 200 players can compete against each other. That was already possible with 150 players, but the game temporarily makes it possible to play with even more in the Battle Royale mode.
The changes will be playable in the game from Tuesday morning. Developer and studio Activision and Infinity Ward say the new Warzone mode will allow 200 players to compete in a Battle Royale Quads match. It is a mode that can only be played for a limited time, although the developer does not say how long that ‘limited time’ is exactly. It was already possible to play a Battle Royale match with 150 players.
The change is in Reloaded mode of Season Four of Warzone. It also contains other additions that were already in Modern Warfare. This includes the sniper rifle Rytec AMR. Also, players can play a Juggernaut Royale mode and play a new Contract called Supply Run. Players can also choose a new operator, Pink, and play the Cheshire Park map.
