LG would have shown the G7 behind closed doors at the Mobile World Congress. It would be the upcoming high-end device from LG, which, just like the iPhone X, the upcoming Huawei P20 and Asus Zenfone 5, has a notch at the top of the screen.

The Israeli publication Ynet made a video of the device, which LG referred to as the G7 ‘Neo’. That name makes sense as a successor to the G6, but according to Korean rumors, LG did not want to call its upcoming device G7, but consider working with dozens, so that the smartphone would appear as G10.

Telecom insider Evan Blass confirms that the smartphone featured in the video is LG’s upcoming flagship model, which he previously referred to under the name Judy. According to him, Judy will appear in June. The first thing you notice about the device is the notch at the top of the screen. Apple received some criticism for this design element, but now Asus is also using a notch for its Asus Zenfone 5 and Huawei’s P20, the Moto X5 and LG’s G7 also seem to have it.

According to Blass, the G7 has a 6 “screen with a resolution of 1440×3120 pixels. The processor is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and there will be variants with 4GB ram and 64GB storage and with 6GB ram and 128GB storage. The camera system would be a dual 16-megapixel setup, with an f/1.6 lens. The fingerprint reader is located below the cameras.
