Images of AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT LC with PhD water cooler appear online
Images of an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT LC have surfaced. This video card has, among other things, an integrated PhD water cooler with a 120 mm radiator. This may be a new version of the Radeon RX 6900 XTX, which was previously rumored.
The Radeon RX 6900 XT LC appeared in an OEM desktop from a Chinese system builder. Images of these have been posted on the Chinese forum Chiphell, also noticed Twitter user harukaze5719 on. There are no specific specifications of the video card known. For example, the clock speeds and the TDP of this water-cooled RX 6900 XT LC are still unknown, but it is likely that these are both higher than those of the regular RX 6900 XT.
The video card seems to be based on the unannounced Radeon RX 6900 XTX, images of which have already appeared online, VideoCardz also writes. The LC variant has an identical cooler. It is not yet known whether the RX 6900 XT LC will also be available separately. It is also possible that the video card will only be available for OEMs.
The system that houses the video card also has a Ryzen 9 5950X CPU in an ASUS ROG Strix B550-A motherboard. The system also has 16GB of DDR4-3200 memory. The computer is said to have a price of 20,999 yuan. That translates to about 2700 euros.
