Image of possible Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 comes online

A render of what the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 would be has appeared on the internet. It is a tablet with a 9.7 “screen and a design that is in line with that of the Galaxy S6. The aspect ratio of the tablet with AMOLED screen is 4:3.

Rumors about the arrival of the Galaxy Tab S2 have been going on for some time, the release would take place in June, and OnLeaks publishes a render of the device. It can be concluded that the design is in line with that of the Galaxy S6 and the recently released Galaxy Tab A tablets. The thickness would be approximately 5.8 to 5.9 mm.

The edges appear to be metal and are flatter than those of the Galaxy Tab A models. The image shows the 9.7″ model but an 8″ variant is also on the way. The tablet has a physical home button, but whether it has a fingerprint reader is unknown. On the right are the power button, volume control, memory card slot, SIM card tray and microphone.

According to previous rumors, the tablet would have a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels and be provided by Samsung with an Exynos processor, 3GB memory and 32GB storage memory. The tablet would also have an 8-megapixel camera and 2.1-megapixel front camera. LTE and Wi-Fi variants are expected to appear on release in June.
