iFixit: All three cameras on Huawei P20 Pro have optical image stabilization
Repair website iFixit has discovered that all three cameras on the back of the device are equipped with optical image stabilization when the Huawei P20 Pro is installed. Huawei itself indicated that only the main camera has this function.
iFixit indicates that, according to Huawei, only the primary camera, which has a 40-megapixel sensor, is equipped with optical image stabilization. The two other cameras would be stabilized with the Neural Processing Unit from Kirin. Why the manufacturer had withheld this is not clear.
In addition to the camera, iFixit did not make startling discoveries. The company gives the reparability of the phone a 4, because a lot of glue is used and with the glass front and back there is a lot of chance to accidentally break.
