Huawei will announce Watch 2 at the end of this month
Huawei has announced the arrival of the Watch 2. The company has placed an invitation online for the unveiling of the smartwatch, which will most likely run Android Wear 2.0. Details about the smart watch are not yet available.
A Huawei CEO has put the invitation for the introduction of the Watch 2 in a message on the Chinese Weibo, Playful Droid noted. The invitation shows an athlete with the wearable, accompanied by the text ‘made for free spirits’. Details of the watch are not visible, but Huawei will announce it during Mobile World Congress, which takes place in Barcelona at the end of this month.
In previous rumors, details about the Watch 2 were mentioned. It would be a watch with a sportier appearance than the current model. The invitation with the jogger seems to be an indication of this.
