HP Inc president Dion Weisler will be leaving on Nov. 1. The company has announced that. Weisler had been the CEO of the American company since 2015, when HP split into two companies. His successor is the director of the printer division.

Weisler will return to Australia after his departure due to the health of a family member, HP says. Weisler was the first CEO of HP Inc after the split from HP in 2015, after which the company HPE was created for the enterprise market alongside HP Inc. Its director, Meg Whitman, left soon after the split.

Successor Enrique Lores will take over as of November 1, HP announced. He is now director of the printer division and has been with the company for thirty years. He also oversaw the split of the two companies in 2015. HP Inc makes desktops, laptops, printers and 3D printers, among other things.

At the same time as announcing the CEO’s departure, HP Inc. also released quarterly results for the period from May 1 to July 31. Revenue was flat from a year ago at $14.6 billion. Net profit came in at $1.2 billion, a quarter more than the same period a year ago.
