If you want to upload sharper HD photos and videos to Facebook from your phone just follow these steps:

Select from the menu “Settings“ in the Facebook app.
From the resulting pop-up menu, select “Account settings“.
Scroll down to “Videos and photos” and then select it.
Within the “Videos and Photos” menu you will see the default status, which is “HD upload” off for both video and photo settings.
Switch one or both settings on, according to your needs.
