How to Setup and Use Focus Assist on Windows 10
Quiet Hours feature is now called Focus Assist in the newer version of Microsoft Windows. In this article, we will show you how to use the Focus Assist feature on Windows 10 PCs.
Step 1. The first click on it ‘Get started’ and select ‘Settings’
Step 2. On the Settings page, click the ‘System’ option.
Step 3. Now select it ‘Focus Assist’ tab in the left pane.
Step 4. Now you will see a screen. Focus assist has three options: Off, Priority Only, and Alarms Only.
Step 5. The focus assistant is disabled by default. Select the option if you want to hide all notifications ‘Alarms only’. It blocks all app notifications except the alarms you have set.
Step 6. To receive notifications from selected apps, select it ‘Priority only’ option.
Step 7. Before choosing the Priority only option, you must first adjust your priority list. Click on the ‘Adjust your priority list’ option.
Step 8. Now you will find several options there. You can choose to hide calls, texts, and reminder notifications, etc.
Step 9. To receive notifications from selected apps, click the ‘Add an app’ button, and add the apps you want to receive notifications from.
