Holland Casino suffered from registration problems on the start day of the online gambling offer. Due to a technical malfunction and subsequent instability at the Central Register Exclusion of Chance Games, Holland Casino therefore decided to postpone the online offer.

Holland Casino is one of ten companies that have been allowed to legally offer online games of chance under the new Remote Gambling Act since last Friday. At Holland Casino, that offer was slightly delayed due to a technical malfunction, the company writes in a press release. The technical failure caused instability at the Central Register of Exclusion of Gaming, a national register that includes players who have problems with gambling. This resulted in problems with Holland Casino’s own registration systems. The problems with the Cruks already started on Friday. Other providers also suffered from this.

That is why Holland Casino has decided to postpone the online offer until Monday evening, October 4 and to extend the registrations over the weekend. The company, which is now allowed to offer online sports betting, slot machines and poker, immediately noticed a huge interest in online gambling on Monday evening. According to the company, this has caused registration at peak times to take longer than expected. As a result, it has been decided that at peak times new players will be admitted to the registration in phases.
