HMD releases Nokia X6 smartphone with 19: 9 screen with notch in China

HMD has announced the Nokia X6 in China. It is the first smartphone from the manufacturer with a 19: 9 screen with a notch. It is an LCD with a resolution of 2280×1080 pixels. For the time being, the phone is not on the market outside China.

In the Nokia X6 there is a Snapdragon 636-soc and 4GB or 6GB ram. The device has a back of glass and a metal edge. The LCD at the front is finished with Gorilla Glass 3. It is a combination of a 16-megapixel sensor with an f / 2.0 lens and a 5-megapixel camera for black-and-white photos, which also has an f / 2.0 lens.
The 4GB versions have 32GB or 64GB storage space and for the 6GB variants it is 64GB. It is possible to expand the storage with a micro SD card. The phone has a battery with a capacity of 3060mAh and charging is via the usb-c connection. There is a headphone connection. According to HMD, the device runs on Android Oreo. has not yet announced plans to release the Nokia X6 in countries other than China.The Finnish company sells the device in China from May 21 for a price from 1299 yuan, converted about EUR 173. If the device or similar model comes to the Benelux, the price is probably higher: the 2018 version of the Nokia 6, with a 16: 9 screen and Snapdragon 630-soc, costs here 299 euro.
