Halo: Reach will be released on December 3rd for PC and Xbox One. The game will then be available via Steam and the Microsoft Store, and playable via the Game Pass subscription. Halo: Reach is the first of five games from Halo: The Master Chief Collection coming to PC.

Shooter Halo: Reach originally appeared in 2010 for the Xbox 360 and was still being developed by Bungie. The game is now making its first appearance on PC. It is an improved version with polished graphics. The game runs at 60fps in 4k resolution and has HDR support. The PC version also includes support for ultra-view monitors.

The new version of Halo: Reach can be purchased separately for $10 or as part of the complete Master Chief collection for $40. The other four games in the collection will be released in the course of 2020. Exact release dates are not yet known. Microsoft has said that the games will be released in chronological order.

The Master Chief Collection of Halo games was previously released for the Xbox One, but Halo: Reach was not part of it. Owners of that collection will gain access to the multiplayer portion of the game via a free update. To play the campaigns and Firefight mode, payment is required.
