Halo: Combat Evolved Remaster Is Available For PC

The Halo: Combat Evolved remaster has been released for PC. It is a polished version of the first game in the Halo series, which came out on the Xbox 18 years ago. The remaster is part of the Master Chief collection.

Microsoft calls the new version Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. The game has received graphical improvements, including support for 4k displays and ultra-widescreen monitors. Players can switch between the classic graphics and the enhanced version.

Practical innovations have also been added, such as a chat function and the option to adjust the operation as desired. The PC port of the console classic was created in collaboration with Saber Interactive.

The Halo: Combat Evolved remaster is part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. That collection includes all Halo games up to and including the fourth volume. The games are released in chronological order. The collection is for sale on Steam and in the Microsoft Store for 40 euros. The remasters of the Halo games are also included as part of the Game Pass subscription for PC.
