Halo: Combat Evolved Remaster Getting Public Test Next Month volgende
The developers behind Halo are preparing a public test of Halo: Combat Evolved. At the moment it is still a pre-alpha version, but if all goes well the remaster can be tested next month.
In their December update, the developers say that if development continues at its current pace, a public test will be held for Halo: Combat Evolved in January. Those who want to participate must be enrolled in the Halo Insider program. It is not yet clear what the further conditions for participation are.
The intention is that eventually all games in the so-called Master Chief Collection will be remastered and released for PC. Halo: Reach was released earlier this month, and the other games in the series are still in development. Halo: Reach currently has a lot of complaints about cheaters, and the intention is to take stricter action against them.
All Halo games should be remastered on PC by next year. Halo 4 will likely be the last in the series to be made available.
