Halo 3: ODST is out for PC
Halo 3: ODST is available for PC players. The game, which originally came out eleven years ago for the Xbox 360, is available separately but also as part of the Master Chief Collection.
Halo 3: ODST is available separately from Steam and the Microsoft Store for a price of five euros, but the shooter is also part of the 40 euros Master Chief Collection. The game is optimized for the PC, allowing 4k resolutions and frame rates of over sixty frames per second. There is also support for mouse and keyboard, ultrawide monitors and adjusting the field of view.
In addition to the single player, which has a new chapter, Firefight is also part of the PC version of Halo 3: ODST. In this mode, up to four players face off against waves of Covenant enemies in co-op, all about freeing the city of New Mombasa. Firefight uses dedicated servers. This Firefight mode has also been made available for Xbox as part of the ODST game according to the patch notes.
The Master Chief Collection consists of six older Halo titles that will all become available for PC: Halo: Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo 4. These titles are all now released, except for Halo 4. This game must also be released this year. The seven games are released in chronological order of the story.
