Gran Turismo 7 features over 400 different cars

Developer Polyphony Digital has released a new trailer for Gran Turismo 7, confirming the number of cars in the game. The racing game will feature more than 400 cars upon release for players to drive.

The trailer shows several cars that will be available in the new Gran Turismo game. While a complete list of all available cars in the game has not yet been published, the developer has confirmed that players can expect to see over 400 cars in Gran Turismo 7.

In a previous blog post, the developer already emphasized that collecting cars will be an important part of the game. The video shows various models, from modern hypercars to real oldtimers. Players can upgrade, tune and personalize the cars they obtain in the game.

It is planned that Gran Turismo 7 will be released on March 4, 2022 for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Gran Turismo 6 dates back to 2013 and appeared for the PlayStation 3. No new part in the series was released on the PlayStation 4, but a standalone title: Gran Turismo Sport. This game mainly focused on online racing and did not include an extensive single player campaign like the previous games in the series.
