Google updates Android Wear with new gestures and voice messages

By means of finger movements, the user can perform various functions, such as opening the application screen or returning to the home screen. In terms of voice, support has been added for a number of new apps, allowing users to send messages via Hangouts, Telegram, Whatsapp and other chat software. Furthermore, Google has made the mobile operating system suitable for use with speakers, so that, for example, telephone conversations can be listened to on the watch.

Google states that the new version of Android Wear will be rolled out in the coming weeks for all watches that run on the mobile OS. Users are automatically notified when the software is available.
