“Google Pixelbook gets 12.3″ screen and Intel Core i5 CPU”
The Pixelbook, a 2-in-1 that Google will probably announce on Wednesday evening, will have a 12.3-inch screen and an Intel Core i5 processor, according to a list from an American reseller. The accessory Google Clips is also on the list. , but it’s not clear what that is.
Website 9to5Google discovered the details about the Pixelbook on a page from reseller Synnex. The list of Google products contains three devices without a product name, but with the designation laptop. These have a 12.3 “screen and an Intel Core i5 CPU. These are versions with a storage capacity of 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.
That Google would come up with a Pixelbook with SSDs of that size was already clear in September when Droid-Life managed to obtain an image of and the first information about the 2-in-1. It is not known exactly which i5 processor Google uses in its Chromebook Pixel successor, but it is most likely a frugal model from the U-series, such as the i5-7200U dual-core or the new i5-8250U quad-core.
Also on the list is a product called Google Clips, under the heading computer accessories. It is not clear what kind of product this is. That’s likely to become clear on Wednesday night, when Google holds an event where it will showcase its Pixel 2 phones and other hardware.
In addition to the Pixelbook, a small Home Mini speaker is also expected. The American store Walmart already had a preorder page of the small speaker online today, which stated that the Google Home Mini will be available from October 19 for $ 49.
