Google Photos may get a feature to zoom in while watching video

Google Photos may be getting a feature that allows users to zoom in the app while watching a video. That would be the same as when zooming in on open photos.

The website XDA-Developers reports that it has found data in version 4.33 of Google Photos that indicates that Google is working on this zoom feature while watching videos. An employee of the website managed to get the function working. According to him, it works the same as with the zoom function of photos, in the form of pinch-to-zoom.

Google has not yet released official information about this new photo app feature for Android devices. A release date is also unknown. XDA-Developers states that the arrival of this video zoom function for all users will not be long in coming, because Google is currently testing the option with the latest version of Google Photos.
