Google lets users set up multiple work locations for one day in Calendar

Google is launching a new feature for its Calendar service that allows users to set exactly which times of the day they work at which location.

Previously, it was only possible to set a work location per day via Google Calendar, but now users can, for example, set themselves to spend a certain part of the day at the office and a certain part at home. For example, it should become easier to indicate availability in a hybrid work environment, as many employees do not stay at the same location for the entire working day. writes Google.

The feature is available to paying Workspace users on the Enterprise, Education, and Nonprofit plans. Personal Google accounts don’t get the feature. The addition is currently being rolled out and should be available to every eligible user by the end of the month, according to Google.
