Google seems to want to unveil the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL on October 4. This is apparent from a message on Google’s own Famebit site, with which advertisers can, among other things, come into contact with so-called influencers.

On the Famebit site, Google asks which Canadian makers of YouTube videos want to try the Pixel 3. The page in question is viewable to members only and was noticed by the YouTube channel This is Tech Today. The introduction date is 4 October 2018. That’s the same date as previous ‘Made by Google’ events were held, although the availability of the previous Pixel smartphones followed later dates.

Google is expected to announce a Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. The Pixel 3 appears to have a 5.4″ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, while the XL would have a 6.2″ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. Rumors have mentioned the presence of possibly a combination of camera and other large sensor on the front of both devices. With the Pixel 3 XL, this would lead to a notch at the top of the screen; with the Pixel 3, the sensors would be processed in the top screen edge.
