Google has confirmed that the Pixel 2 XL smartphone is experiencing touchscreen issues. For some users, the touchscreen is less sensitive at the edges, but the internet giant states that a solution is being worked on.

The issues were first reported on a Google support forum about a week ago. Users report that they are not getting feedback on their touches along the edges of the touchscreen. Several users have posted videos online demonstrating the touchscreen issue.

A Google employee recently confirmed the issues and said they are working on a fix. After investigation, the company will try to solve the problem with a software update. Incidentally, it is not clear how many Pixel 2 XL users suffer from unresponsive touchscreens.

It’s not the first time that a problem with the Pixel 2 XL’s screen has been reported. Recently, Google released an update that should fix screen problems. Also, a problem with audio recordings came to light.
