The design drawings of the Nvidia Geforce 9900GTX and 9900GTS have been leaked. Based on the design, the GT200 GPU seems to consist of two integrated graphics computing units.

The pcb provides according to the to Vr zone leaked D10U reference design accommodates sixteen gddr3 memory chips, with a maximum memory capacity of 1GB. The memory, as suggested earlier, would have a 512-bit wide bus.

The GT200 GPU, which is located on the 26.6 cm long dualslot video card, would be cooled by a Coolermaster TM71 cooler. Although it is still unknown whether the GT200 will be baked on the 55nm or 65nm process, it is not inconceivable that Nvidia will initially release the GPU based on a 65nm design. In total, the chip would have 240 stream processors at its disposal. According to the rumor, the TDP of the GTX model is 240W. Both the 9900GTX and the 9900GTS are expected to hit the market this summer.
